Consultant Photo Tone and Manner
Photos of our consultants have an especially direct connection to our brand image. For that reason, we must emphasise tone and manner.
When Using a Personnel (Consultant) Photo
- Taken in bright, natural light (so that it does not feel ‘overproduced’)
- The consultant is in focus
- Image quality is sufficient for printing and viewing (high pixel count, high quality)
- Attire adheres to our company’s established Dress Code*
- A natural smile that conveys professionalism and a sense of dignity
(Overly casual expressions or poses [e.g. the “hang loose” hand gesture (thumb and little finger extended), peace signs, funny faces, etc.] should be avoided.)
When Using Group Photos
- The size of each person’s face is roughly the same (no difference due to position)
- Everyone is looking into the camera
- Do not show anyone bending at the waist or knees
(crop the photo so as to show only from the chest up) - Everyone is featured equally, without any one person standing out
