The purpose of this manual is to assist all of our employees in accurately understanding and taking a stake in JAC Group’s corporate brand.

Our brand is not a vague image. It is our guarantee, and our promise, that we will provide value (in the form of our services) to our customers.
Many of the global companies that play significant roles on the world stage understand the importance of their brand image, and are thorough in their approach to brand management. Surely, when it comes to selecting their recruitment partners, these companies expect the same standards of excellence in approach, and evaluate their business partners accordingly.
Additionally, when job-seekers are choosing where they will register from among multiple employment agencies, the brand image of each agency is one of the critical criteria they will use in making their decision. This is another reason why, in every regard, we work to build a strong brand, as a matter of the highest priority.
If, by our own judgment, we put forth the wrong image, we may do significant damage to the brand image of JAC Group. We must all have an awareness of the issues related to brand management and in order to put forth the correct and consistent brand image, those manuals must be adhered to.
As it relates to brand management, the most important things are the sharing of information and awareness among all involved, and the effective communication of our brand.
